A two component, fast drying, water based epoxy and polymer modified cementitious flooring for the protection of concrete substrates.Intercrete 4851 exhibits both excellent flow characteristics and ease of application by pouring or pumping techniques to give a smooth surface finish. *Selective Countries Only - Please contact your local representative.
A two component, water based, polymer modified cementitious anti-corrosive coating. *Selective Countries Only - Please contact your local representative.
A uniquely formulated cementitious material for sealing the surface gap at the interlock or clutch between piles prior to the application of a Intercrete cementitious anti-corrosion coating. Materials are pre-packaged in a convenient and easy to handle size, requiring only mixing on site. A unique blend of surfactants enables easy application with a pointing gun. Gel structure breaks down under shear to ensure complete filling. Intercrete 4844 is self-priming, hydrates to provide an alkaline environment which chemically reacts with the substrate to accelerate the re-passivation of steel, providing excellent adhesion to steel and is tolerant to lower levels of steel preparation, including chloride contamination.
Designed as a versatile, two component cementitious coating / wearing screed for levelling and waterproofing tamped or uneven concrete floors, or floors with no waterproofing membrane. Intercrete 4853 can be used as a waterproof cementitious coating, an underlayment or as a wearing screed to provide resistance to abrasion and trafficking, including level and sloping substrates and ramps. Can be applied in thicknesses ranging from 0 - 60mm Suitable for application to saturated substrates, or floors with no waterproofing membrane, without risk of blistering.
Specifically designed to protect embedded steel reinforcement in concrete structures. It should be used as part of the Intercrete Concrete Repair and Protection System where additional protection is required, particularly from the effects of chloride attack. Intercrete 4879 migrates into even the hardest concrete towards steel reinforcement, where it forms a monomolecular protective layer which helps to reduce corrosion at both the anode and cathode. Helps to extend the life of reinforced concrete structures in aggressive environments.
Designed as a vapour permeable membrane which can be reinforced to impart increased tensile strength for crazed surfaces or to resist mechanical damage. Intercrete 4880 benefits from the latest dual action mechanism to protect against the growth of micro-organisms and to provide added protection from germs. Intercrete 4880 has a safe, non-leaching biostatic formulation ideally suited for a range of hygiene sensitive locations. It is applied to walls and ceilings to prevent the growth of mould and bacteria in food preparation or production areas, brewing and beverage industries, hospitals, the pharmaceutical industry and in kitchens and bathrooms. CE-Marked in accordance with BS EN 1504-2. Suitable for surface protection systems principles 2.2, 8.2 as defined in BS EN 1504 Part 2.

Designed to provide protection against carbonation and water ingress whilst allowing the substrate to breathe. Low water vapour diffusion resistance allows damp substrates to breathe and dry out without blistering. Resists the growth of mould and fungi.E-Marked in accordance with BS EN 1504-2. Suitable for surface protection systems principles 1.3, 2.2, 8.2 as defined in BS EN 1504-2.
