Part of our UL 1709 product offer, boron-free Chartek 1709 provides long term corrosion and fire protection in a single system. Having covered millions of square meters over a period of 10 years, Chartek 1709 can be used with confidence for pool fires up to four hours, jet fires and vessel protection.
Chartek 2218 is our latest epoxy PFP system for installations requiring certification to the UL 1709 standard. Using patented technology, it offers our lowest certified thickness for longer duration fires. Boron-free Chartek 2218 is certified for up to four hours pool fire protection in addition to being jet fire tested.
With an unrivalled track record spanning more than 20 years, Chartek 7 provides exceptional protection for long duration pool and jet fires, and proven long term corrosion resistance. It is the most widely certified epoxy intumescent in the world and has protected over six million square meters of steel globally.
A self-reinforced epoxy coating, Chartek 7E simplifies application giving the oil and gas industry more choice and greater efficiency than ever before. Chartek 7E offers outstanding pool and jet fire resistance for up to two hours and a significant reduction in installed weight against other PFP products in the market.
Boron-free Chartek 8E provides exceptional pool fire performance with up to 30% lower installed weight compared to alternative PFP products, allowing for greater flexibility in structural design. It improves coating efficiency through reduced number of coats and no mesh requirement for up to 60 minutes pool fire duration.
Solvent-free Interchar 212 is a high build, robust, two component modified epoxy intumescent providing damage resistant fire and corrosion protection for the most demanding construction projects. Interchar 212 has excellent mechanical and physical properties, all backed up by rigorous third party testing and approvals.
Interkote 1560 is a cementitious passive fire protection (PFP) coating, ideally suited for onshore facilities where onsite application of cement-based PFP is preferred. Formulated with bauxite, it provides durable, cost-effective fire resistance in accordance with the UL 1709 standard
Intertherm 7050 is a high performance, durable solvent-free epoxy for use in hot or cold conditions, where long term corrosion protection and thermal insulation are required. Low installed weight and excellent damage and impact resistance make Intertherm 7050 ideal for offsite module fabrication.
