Interchar 1120HY is a low VOC acrylic intumescent material independently fire tested for up to 3 hour fire ratings in accordance with ASTM E119/UL263.

Chartek 2218 is our latest epoxy PFP system for installations requiring certification to the UL 1709 standard. Intertherm 7050 is a high performance, durable solvent-free epoxy for use in hot or cold conditions, where long term corrosion protection and thermal insulation are required. Low installed weight and excellent damage and impact resistance make Intertherm 7050 ideal for offsite module fabrication. Duplex systems with Chartek provide both fire and cryogenic spill protection.

Boron-free Chartek 8E provides exceptional pool fire performance with up to 30% lower installed weight compared to alternative PFP products, allowing for greater flexibility in structural design. It improves coating efficiency through reduced number of coats and no mesh requirement for up to 60 minutes pool fire duration.
