An ultra-high build, high volume solids, two component catalysed epoxy, Interzone 485 is ideal for the long term protection of steelwork in severe environments where high abrasion and corrosion resistance are required. Interzone 485 provides excellent resistance to alkalis, chemicals and petroleum products, and when used in conjunction with appropriate aggregate, it provides a tough, durable non-slip deck system.
With proven track record spanning over 30 years, low VOC Interzone 1000 is a high build, two component epoxy coating pigmented with lamellar glass flake. Interzone 1000 extends asset lifetime by providing outstanding abrasion and corrosion resistance to steelwork located in the harshest offshore environments. Interzone 1000 can also be used in deck coating systems with appropriate aggregate.
A uniquely formulated cementitious material for sealing the surface gap at the interlock or clutch between piles prior to the application of a Intercrete cementitious anti-corrosion coating. Materials are pre-packaged in a convenient and easy to handle size, requiring only mixing on site. A unique blend of surfactants enables easy application with a pointing gun. Gel structure breaks down under shear to ensure complete filling.
Intercrete 4844 is self-priming, hydrates to provide an alkaline environment which chemically reacts with the substrate to accelerate the re-passivation of steel, providing excellent adhesion to steel and is tolerant to lower levels of steel preparation, including chloride contamination.
Designed as a versatile, two component cementitious coating / wearing screed for levelling and waterproofing tamped or uneven concrete floors, or floors with no waterproofing membrane. Intercrete 4853 can be used as a waterproof cementitious coating, an underlayment or as a wearing screed to provide resistance to abrasion and trafficking, including level and sloping substrates and ramps.

It is applied to walls and ceilings to prevent the growth of mould and bacteria in food preparation or production areas, brewing and beverage industries, hospitals, the pharmaceutical industry and in kitchens and bathrooms.
