Designed as a versatile, two component cementitious coating / wearing screed for levelling and waterproofing tamped or uneven concrete floors, or floors with no waterproofing membrane. Intercrete 4853 can be used as a waterproof cementitious coating, an underlayment or as a wearing screed to provide resistance to abrasion and trafficking, including level and sloping substrates and ramps.

Specifically designed to protect embedded steel reinforcement in concrete structures. It should be used as part of the Intercrete Concrete Repair and Protection System where additional protection is required, particularly from the effects of chloride attack. Intercrete 4879 migrates into even the hardest concrete towards steel reinforcement, where it forms a monomolecular protective layer which helps to reduce corrosion at both the anode and cathode. Intergard 345 is a versatile, low VOC, high solids, zinc phosphate direct-to-metal epoxy. Suitable for use as a one or two coat new construction primer-finish coating or as an intermediate over recommended anticorrosive primers. Intergard 345 offers excellent anticorrosive performance with rapid drying time and excellent early abrasion resistance resulting in high steel throughput and increased productivity.
